Illness

The safety of our clients and staff is our highest priority. In order to reduce contagion, we ask you to cancel your session if you or your child are unable to attend work and/or school. If you or your child have experienced illness or symptoms of illness, we ask you to wear a mask, move your session to telehealth, or cancel your session. Please contact your clinician if you have any questions.

Cancellation Policy

We require a twenty-four hour notice for canceled appointments. The full fee will be charged for canceling within twenty-four hours of the appointment time. Please notify your clinician for all cancellations.

Fees and Payment

We are a fee-for-service practice and out-of-network provider. Clients are charged at the time of session and are responsible for all payments.  All billing will go through a platform called Simple Practice. We do not bill insurance directly; however, we do provide monthly statements that contain the information required to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. The amount that you are reimbursed may vary.
